The December meeting is our dinner meeting to look back on
the year and look forward to the next. We will be meeting
at Palais Royale and enjoy a dinner prepared by the student
members and the Palais staff.
New officers will be inducted and the Chef of the Year and
Junior Chef of the Year will be honored. This is the only meeting
of the year in which we charge for the dinner. The funds
are split between the junior member scholarship funds and the
hosting house.
Cost this year is $35 per person or $50 per couple. Junior
members are encouraged to work the event.
Situated in the heart of downtown South Bend, the Palais Royale is
part of the Morris Performing Arts Center complex. The grand entrance
to the Palais is located on Colfax Avenue, just around the corner
from the facility’s historic theater.
